Clinical Science Institute is an organization dedicated to conducting research in specific fields of medical sciences, to advance knowledge and find solutions to complex problems in the clinic. Our research institute focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various types of diseases through different settings of studies including case-controls, cohorts, clinical trials, laboratory experiments, etc. The Clinical Sciences Institute headed by Professor. This institute, has started on September, 2023 with the approval of the Development Council of the Ministry of Health. This institute has 8 clinical research centers as follows:

- Trauma Research Center
- Nephrology and Urology Research Center.
- Atherosclerosis Research Center.
- Biomedical Engineering Research Center
- Marine Medicine Research Center

Brief Introduction of the Pharmaceutical Sciences and Health Technologies Research Institute:
The research institute for pharmaceutical science and health technologies is established in line with the strategic policy of the Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences in order to foster the advancement of research in the field of innovative pharmaceutical and biological sciences, greater convergence in the application, and coherence of studies related to emerging modern health technologies (Nano biotechnology, applied biotechnology, and tissue engineering and regenerative medicine).

The research institute aims to systematically conduct scientific and research activities to break the boundaries of knowledge, utilize the extensive capacities of relevant sciences, address the current and future needs of the country, establishing scientific authority, developing knowledge, and applying the latest scientific findings. This involves enhancing research capacities, fostering collaboration between basic and clinical researchers, training and organizing the research workforce, commercializing research and technological achievements, and undertaking mission-oriented activities to meet organizational and national requirements.
Lifestyle and Spiritual Health Institute
Lifestyle and spiritual health Institute was established with the aim of determine, monitor and improve lifestyle indicators in physical, mental, organizational, social and spiritual dimensions. This involves management of mind, perception and improve cognitive capabilities, family reinforcement, and transform the health system and theorizing in the lifestyle. This research institute carries out its research and educational goals and duties in five research centers including: health research center, exercise physiology, behavioral sciences, medicine, spiritual health (Quran and Hadis research center) and health management research center. The Lifestyle and Spiritual Health Research Institute was officially launched in December 2022.
