The Atherosclerosis Research Center

History

The Atherosclerosis Research Center was launched in 2012 and started its activities officially in 2013.

Vision

Optimum use of the capacities of Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences and other related organizations in the field of control, prevention, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, as well as the design and implementation of applied and knowledge-production research, in order to improve the health of society.

Mission

Improving the scientific and research level of the faculty members of the Atherosclerosis Research Center of Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences, improving the qualitative and quantitative level of innovative applied projects in the field of cardiology in order to improve the quality of treatment and prevention, as well as increasing the level of international scientific cooperation.
